Stand-Up Paddle Boarding in the Cairngorms
Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, we've got the perfect spot for paddle boarding. Try our mini pond — ideal for kids and first-timers — or head to the River Spey for a guided tour.
With flat water for easy practice and stunning Highland scenery, you can keep it relaxed or make it an adventure. Hire includes a buoyancy aid and access to changing facilities, so a splash is all part of the fun!
Make a day of it—our on-site café is open at weekends and through the holidays, and there’s a fantastic frisbee and footgolf course to enjoy too.

Enjoy 1-hour hire of our stand-up paddle boards out on our large, purpose-built pond. The waters are calm and inviting, perfect for those looking for their first stand up paddle. We'll provide you with all the kit that you'll need including a buoyancy aid and you'll have an hour to head out for some fun (and a splash!)

Experience the thrill of Stand-Up Paddle Boarding on the River Spey with our guided tours for adults and teenagers. Enjoy personalized coaching, stunning scenery, and a mix of tranquil waters and gentle rapids. Tours start and finish at our Grantown-on-Spey centre, where you can get ready, meet your guide, and relax at our cozy café after your adventure.
