Stand up Paddle Boarding

Half-day Stand up Paddle Boarding (SUP) tours are designed to offer a perfect mix of relaxation and excitement, with tranquil flat sections and a sprinkle of gentle rapids to keep your adrenaline pumping.

Designed for adults and teenagers, our tours begin at our center in Grantown-on-Spey. Here, you can get changed and ready for your adventure, meet your friendly guide, and receive a comprehensive safety briefing. Once prepared, we'll transport you to the starting point on the river. Your journey will take you paddling along the picturesque River Spey, finishing back at our center where you can unwind at our cozy café, reliving the day's excitement over a well-deserved snack and drink.

With a small group size of up to four participants per instructor, you'll receive personalized coaching and guidance, ensuring you gain confidence and improve your skills. Instructors are passionate about paddle boarding and the great outdoors, ready to share tips, stories, and local knowledge to make your adventure truly special.
